Googleの検索結果に警告文が表示されていたらしい
リアルタイムで確認しなかったのだが，
という警告文が全ての検索結果に表示されて検索結果のページにアクセスできない状態だったということみたい．
原因はCNET Japanで報じられていた．
Googleは米国の公式ブログで、「ご不便をおかけしたことをお詫びします」とした上で、原因について次のように説明している。Googleは悪意のあるソフトウェアが仕込まれているサイトについては、検索結果で「このサイトはコンピュータに損害を与える可能性があります」と表示するようにしていた。こういった問題のあるサイトのリストは、StopBadware.orgという非営利団体から提供を受けており、StopBadware.orgは機械検出ではなく、手作業でこのリストを作成していた。
そして今回Googleが受け取ったリストの中には、「人的ミス」（Google）によって、「/」というものが入っていた。これが「すべてのURL」と解釈され、結果としてGoogleからどのサイトにもアクセスできなくなったのだ。

これだとStopBadware.orgが/を入れたように読み取れるんだけども，問題サイトのリストはGoogle側で管理しているので，Google側のヒューマンエラーということのようだ．公式サイトでGoogleがStopBadware.orgに突っ込まれて訂正している．

We maintain a list of such sites through both manual and automated methods. We work with a non-profit called StopBadware.org to come up with criteria for maintaining this list, and to provide simple processes for webmasters to remove their site from the list.
We periodically update that list and released one such update to the site this morning.
